1. It should not be biased.
The dispatch station requires that the weight difference between the left and right of the container should not exceed 300 kilograms, and the weight difference between front and back should not exceed 3 tons.
2. If the cargo items exceed 100 kilograms, the outbound station requires that the packing and reinforcement plan should be provided when the cargo is packed.
3. Packing must be photographed. At least 6 clear photos of packing are required at the departure station (empty box, half box, full box after reinforcement, closed door with box number, closed, sealed);
4. Please ensure that the goods and reinforcement materials are not packed in logs. If there is any, please fumigate them well in advance, otherwise they will be rejected by the EU.
5. To pack large cargo, it is necessary to provide packing plan and reinforcement plan (more than 2 tons of single cargo).

Answer:
1. Container number and 10-digit HS CODE should be displayed on invoice and bill of lading.
2. The name of the product should be displayed on the invoice and the bill of lading, and the model and code should not be used to replace the name of the product.
3. According to HS CODE, the net weight/gross weight and the number of pieces should be written separately on the list (if two HS CODE cargo are packed in one carton, please write the net weight separately).
4. Invoices and boxes must have color stamps.
5. Invoice and bill of lading must display the information of consignee and receipt (including specific address, contact person and contact information).
6. The original with the train box list, invoices are mainly used for customs inspection along the way. In addition to the goods information that must be displayed in the documents, there are other contents (such as product type) added, which will generate additional costs and the price is discussed separately.
7. The date on the invoice and the bill of lading shall be the same.
8. The invoice number must be displayed on the invoice, and only one currency symbol can be displayed on the invoice. For example, $.
Before shipment, we should check gross weight and number of pieces carefully and specially, and avoid inconsistencies in the total invoice amount or gross weight and number of pieces of boxes and bills.
