1. Organize team members to develop and test according to technical plan, development plan and development specification to ensure that developers can complete their tasks within the specified time.

2. Participate in quality assurance activities such as code review, code formal review, design document formal review and design review of software modules to reduce software product defects;

3. In the process of project development, summarize experience and lessons, guide low-level engineers to complete work tasks and cooperate with QA work;

Technical requirements:

1.5 years or more experience in Java development projects

2. Solid basic skills of computer specialty, strong coding ability;

3. Proficiency in JAVA programming;

4. Proficiency in SpringBook development framework

5. Be proficient in SQL statements, understand database characteristics, and have experience in database development;

6. Familiar with JAVA communication mechanism, socket programming, udptcp HTTP web service and other communication protocols;

7. Familiar with REST-style development model of front-end and back-end separation, familiar with the communication mechanism between front-end pages and back-end servers, and have practical project experience;

8. Shiro, active development experience;
