Job information
1. Responsible for the early implementation of the whole new project
2. Follow-up to ensure the correct implementation of internal business processes and timely adjustments to internal operations according to customer requirements
3. Responsible for daily contact and communication with customers, regularly update market information and industry status
4. Excavating Quotations and Developing Opportunities for New Business
5. Organize internal operation Department to discuss improvement regularly according to customer's KPI requirement.
6. Manage customer specific KPI indicators and assist in service enhancement and improvement
7. Establish good cooperative relationship with customers and conduct regular visits and receptions
8. Complete other work delivered by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Master the process of receiving, reserving, distributing and transportation, as well as the ability of planning, organizing and implementing control of logistics specialty.
2. Ability to project technical solutions and technical exchanges with customers
3. Have some business negotiation skills
4. High sense of responsibility, meticulous work style, good communication skills and teamwork spirit
5. Strong initiative and execution, able to work under great pressure, good English writing and speaking ability.
